I'm Grumpy When You're Not Here | My Favorite Things

Don't our kitties all have these days, when there owners have to go to work but we'd rather just stay home and cuddle them. A clean and simple card, with this multi colored kitty sitting in the window. I colored the kitty image with Copics and die cut the window out of patterned designer paper. I also die cut the window several times out of heavier white card stock and layered it for dimension. Before adhering it all onto the card base I stenciled a cloud scene where the kitty would be gazing out the window.

Once everything was set and dry, I pop dotted the kitty so he was raised on the ledge with his toy fish and gave him a birdy friend saying waving hello. I added a sentiment stamped on black card stock and embossed with white embossing powder, it stands out nice and bold. The entire panel is adheard onto a #110lbs white card base.

Wishing you a Happy Purrthday | Smitten Kitten

A clean and simple birthday card coloured with Copic markets to create this cute tabby. Playing with a diecut balloon in the grass over a distress inked background of soft colours, lilac and wilted violet.

The sentiment is then stamped in two tones of ink to draw your eye towards it with sequins added for an added bit of detail. The entire front panel is diecut with a stitched edging to complete the clean and simple look!

Wishing you a Purrfect Valentine’s Day

This was my favourite card that I made for Valentine’s Day this year, these buff kitty’s are coloured with Copic markers on Neenah solar white card stock. The back panel is ink blended with worn lipstick distress oxide ink and stenciled over with a heart stencil to give a gradient effect. The love maze was added beneath the front panel and attached to the card base.

The kitties are raised with pop dots for added dimension and glossy accents put onto there bows for added detail. The sentiment was stamped in crisp black ink. The front panel is then added to a 110lbs white card base.

I'm Smitten With You | MFT | NandT



We are just three days away from Valentine's Day, are you ready for this romantic day to share your felines!  Here is a super cute card with two crazy cats, and a love maze.

I really enjoyed coloring these silver tabbies in cool gray tones with Copic markers on Neenah 80lbs paper. The front panel was ink blended with distress oxide candied apple and blended with worn lipstick,  the hearts were then stenciled over top. I detailed the front panel with the MFT wonky stitched rectangle die, and inserted the heart maze game.

The sentiment is stamped and white heat embossed on a piece of black card stock and fish tailed. The cats are pop dotted for added dimension and interest, glossy accents are added to there noses and bows. The entire front panel is then placed onto a 110lbs white card base.

Please Be Mine Valentine | MFT | Neat and Tangled

How I love making shaker cards, these interactive cards are one of my most popular cards that everyone loves to play with. Each one is unique like this cute Valentine, it is filled up with clear sequin mix, red x's and o's, purple and pink sequins.  With acetate on the front it has an elegant white stamped sentiment that reads, "please Be Mine valentine."

The front panel of the card was ink blended with Distress Oxide inks pink raspberry and seedless preserves and spritzed with water for a dressed background effect and set aside to dry. The cats are the MFT Smitten Kitten set and were masked when stamping to have them sit beside one another and were colored with Copics. For a finishing touch I added a few more clear sequins around the heart and secured the panel to a 110lbs white card base.
