Back to School Backpack

Monday's technique challenge on Splitcoast Stampers the Backpack Box TLC232. Super cute little bag, though there were times it was a challenge to tape it together. I love the print of this designer paper by Imaginisce. When I saw the challenge I knew I wanted to use this line!

Snowman Filigree

I had a hard time finding my mojo for this weeks MOJO98 sketch. I loved the color combination, CC223 from a few weeks ago and when I started assembling this card I found the end result of the card was simple, a bit too simple, and usually I don't like simple. This was the first time I used a new ink by Autumn Leaves formulated for clear stamps. It stamped nice but did not stay wet long enough for embossing powder to stick, so I guess this was a lesson learned that Stampology Ink for me is not a pigment ink.
