There was lots of die cutting involved in this card! I did everything reverse this time, I had colored all my little characters and fillers. Only then did I decide on how I wanted the background, I cut a white panel and edged it with the clouds die. Then I picked out a pretty pale blue gingham paper for the sky background and matched it up with a small green print gingham print and cut the top with a grass border.

I white heat embossed a sentiment on black card stock and foam mounted it, also raising the characters for added dimension. Then attached the panel onto a #110lbs card base and added some clear sequin mix to the clouds.

Hoping Your Birthday is Pawsome | Sunny Studio Stamps

I enjoyed creating this card soo much, it has both of my fur babies in it, all my favorite colours and the most adorable confetti cat cake. I love the softness of this birthday card.

I also know it was given to a very good and kind-hearted person, who was the recipient.

All the characters are stamped on bright white 100lbs, copic friendly card stock, coloured, and cut out. I first die cut the panel with the fancy frames circles and masked off the bottom and ink blended the top inner circle with antique linen. I then flipped the masking and created a floor portion blending it with broken china distress oxide. I added various colours of falling confetti's in the background and foam mounted the cats, balloons, cat cake and toy mouse to fit precisely on the panel.

I then white heat embossed the sentiment on a piece of black card stock and foam mounted it above the cats. Attached it to a #110lbs card base.

Every Bunny Needs a Friend Like You | Lawn Fawn | Sunny Studio

Hi Everyone! I've been busy working on Easter as some of the new releases have slowly been arriving. Here is fun interactive card using the Lawn Fawn Some Bunny stamp set. Here the bunny moves right and left when you tilt the card. He has a cute little kitty friend sitting by the garden bed. This kitty is from the Sunny Studio, Purrfect Birthday Stamp Set.

Thank You The Sweet Life | Papertrey Ink

A favorite floral set of mine that I continuously go back to, Papertrey Ink The Sweet Life Set. I always love playing with this set and now that I have the Misti it is so much easier to use and line up the layered stamps.

I first started by die cutting out my front panel with a hexagon die shape and ink blended from the bottom up and left the top faded with distress oxide ink. I spritzed with water and splattered with gold and black finetec metallic paint. I then added acetate to the back to create a window for my shaker pieces, and used foam tape to make a pocket to secure the sequins and beads. Cut out a mirrored gold card stock word sentiment and dimensionally raised the roses.

Wishing you a Happy Purrthday | Smitten Kitten

A clean and simple birthday card coloured with Copic markets to create this cute tabby. Playing with a diecut balloon in the grass over a distress inked background of soft colours, lilac and wilted violet.

The sentiment is then stamped in two tones of ink to draw your eye towards it with sequins added for an added bit of detail. The entire front panel is diecut with a stitched edging to complete the clean and simple look!
