I've been playing with a few different stamping techniques, this one is called Fill-In Stamping Jennifer McGuire shared it on here blog about a week ago. This was such a cute, vibrant image and I wanted to keep it the focal point for this card and I thought this technique was perfect.

PAPER: Bristol Smooth. Neenah Solar White 110.
INK: SSS Intense Black. Lawn Fawn Minty Fresh.

TOOLS: Big Shot.

SUPPLIES: Foam Tape, White Gel Pen, Glitter, MFT Blueprints 13, Copics.
