Fresh Vintage Birthday

Well so far two cards in one week, that never happens. I finally got to play with some new stamps and also with the new Stampin! Up edgelits. I love how this card turned out! Very simple, but the borders just set it off.
Cheers,

HI Krysta,

Your card turned out beautiful, I also like the second set you made with the same technique. Can you share how you did that? I'm struggling to get the ink in the right place.

Did you color the stamp with markers or did you wipe off the ink off the places where you didn't want it and stamp it multiple times?

Thanks!

@Julia Altermann, Thanks for you wonderful comments. What I did was color the stamp with SU markers first and then stamped the image onto the card stock. I made sure before I began where the center of my image would be. I hope this helps you out.

Thank you, Krysta! I'll give that a go, then. Your cards are too beautiful not to case them :)

Julia I love this card. I don't know how you did the bottom part. I do have that die but I cant tell what you did for the indentation on the white and how did you do the color? As you can tell I'm new to this but your card is just the perfect birthday o any occasion card and I would love to make some.

The white embossed line is made withe the Stampin Up Edgelits embossing folder and the stamp is colored in separately with SU Markers before stamping Dee Holt I hope this helps.
